The south-facing, downhill plot of land of suburban nature is located in District III of Budapest, with an excellent view of the city. The intended purposes of the pieces of real estate planned for the plot are a two-dwelling building and a one-dwelling detached house, in which cases the client envisaged interior design in line with the architectural qualities.
In the condominium located in the lower parts of the plot, the interior spaces were enriched by light materials and shades, reflecting on the Southern, sunny location of the building. Such quality materials appeared as the terrazzo, the painted furniture panel, and the shaded oak wood, which run through the various spaces in a consistent way (complementing its functions). Beyond the huge glass surfaces, these natural materials also help wash away the boundaries between inside and outside, and they further strengthen the intense link of the building to the garden while ensuring a cozy atmosphere.
